- SIMPLE AUTOMATIC PACKAGING MATERIALS (SINGLE LAYER):

  • Used for packaging of products not more than six months validity and which don't need very high protection from humidity as confectioneries, snacks, tea, biscuits, & chocolate.
  • these simple materials are:

      1- All kinds of polypropylene film: transparent, colored, metalized & pearlized.

      2- All kinds of PVC film: transparent, colored, metalized & pearlized.

      3- Opaline paper treated with paraffin wax, or with hot melt, or chemically treated.

      4- Colored aluminum foils.

 

- LAMINATED PACKAGING MATERIALS (DOUBLE LAYERS):

  • Used for packaging of products of more than six months validity as wafers, cigarettes, spices, macaroni, tea, ice, liquild detergents, pharmaceutica (tablets),..etc..

  • These double layers laminated materials are:

    1- Aluminum foil laminated with paper.

    2- Polypropylene laminated with polyethylene.

    3- Paper laminated with polyethylene.

    4- Metalized polypropylene laminated with transparent P.P or polyester film.

    5- Polyester film laminated with polyethylene film.

    6- Soft Aluminum foil laminated with polyethylene film,..etc.

 

- PACKAGING MATERIALS OF TRIPLE LAYERS OR MORE:

  • Used for packaging of products that need to be completely isolated inside out, to high barrier against oxygen and moisture transmission as milk powder, cream powder, pharmaceuticals and effervescent, grinned coffee, veterinary drugs, shampoos, liquids or powdered jelly, juices and concentrates, tomato pastes, insecticides,.. etc..

  • These triple layer materials are:

    1-Opaline paper / polyethylene / aluminum foils / polyethylene.

    2-Polyester / aluminum foils / polyethylene.

    3-Cellophane / aluminum foils / polyethylene.

    4-Polypropylene or PVDC / aluminum / polyethylene.

 

- EASY OPEN TEAR TAPE (TIRCELL):

  • We produce a new original easy open tear tape which help your product climp the market beeing leaders in cheese, biscuit, gum,.. etc..
